Matters needing attention：
1 Ministry of agriculture "agricultural genetically modified organisms safety management examination and approval (foreign traders apply for agricultural genetically modified organisms safety certificate [import]).
Handling conditions:

Management program:
(1) material acceptance. The basic obligations of buyers and sellers
